Once payment is confirmed, SANTA MONICA Joyería Artesanal® offers the following shipping options, which depend on the day of purchase, manufacturing time, and the location to which your order is being shipped:

 

-Envío Estándar (Standard Shipping): This is our regular shipping option, which typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the country. Please note that international shipping may take longer depending on the destination.

-Envío Express (Express Shipping): For customers who require faster delivery, we offer express shipping. This option ensures expedited delivery within 1-3 business days, both domestically and internationally. Additional fees may apply for express shipping.

-Envío Internacional (International Shipping): We also provide international shipping services for customers outside the country. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the receiving country, for which the customer is responsible.

It is important to note that the manufacturing time of the ordered items may vary. We strive to provide accurate estimates for manufacturing and shipping times during the purchasing process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

It is recommended to add shipping insurance, which costs 1% of the value of the shipped product.

 

Delivery Times:

  • Due to high demand during the season, from November 15th to December 23rd, delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 business days once payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping may take up to 2 business days to process from the payment confirmation.
  • All orders are processed and scheduled for shipping only from Monday to Friday, once the payment from the customer has been confirmed. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery times depend on the day and location of the destination.

What happens if the courier service cannot find anyone at the delivery address?

In case the courier service cannot find someone to receive the merchandise at the provided address, they will make 2 to 3 visits to the address. If the package cannot be delivered during these visits, the product will be placed in one of the courier company's offices for a certain period (approximately one week) according to their policies. Please call the customer service number of the corresponding courier service to schedule delivery or collection at their offices. If the storage time expires and you do not pick up the package, it will be returned to the sender.

*Refunds cannot be requested.

 

Return Process for Customers:

  • You will be notified via a message to the phone number provided previously that the merchandise has been returned to our Warehouse. Upon receiving this notification, you will have a period of 3 months to retrieve your order.
  • To retrieve your package, you must contact SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry® at the customer service department.

 

What to do in case of theft or loss of my package?

SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry® is not responsible for packages that have been stolen or lost once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping company.
