Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Products.

 

You must check all products upon receipt of your order. If the products you receive are damaged or supplied incorrectly at the time of delivery, you must notify any damage or error at the time of delivery, or if you cannot inspect the items at the time of receipt, you must inform us (by calling Customer Service at +52 999 925 7386 or by sending an email to servicioalcliente@santamonicamx.com).

  • The setting has a 30-day period for exchanges or returns, provided that it does not exhibit damages such as scratches, impacts, dents, or other imperfections.
  • In the event that the ring is lost during shipping (Fedex), the process must be validated with the courier.

  • We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days from the moment of delivery. You will only pay for the return shipping and insurance.

 

Please note that to be eligible for the return, items must be in their original condition at the time of purchase, including all product documentation, and must be returned to us within 30 days.

 

To expedite the exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. If you paid by bank transfer, the processing time will depend on the bank.

 

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +52 999 925 7386. Retain all packaging materials unless otherwise instructed by SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within two days from the receipt of your order. SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry is not responsible for returned, lost, or damaged shipments.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns without a merchandise return authorization from SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry will be rejected upon receipt. Returns lacking documentation or the product will not be processed.

 

Non-Resizable Items of More Than One Size

 

  • Rings with side diamonds, diamond eternity bands cannot be resized, so please be careful to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. How to Prepare a Return or Exchange

 

  • To return a diamond or jewelry item to SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry, please follow the steps below:

 

Initiate your return. Call +52 999 925 7386 to speak with a diamond and jewelry advisor. You will receive detailed instructions for returning your order.

Arrange shipping and insurance. You can return your merchandise using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using our preferred carrier, insured through FedEx. Please make sure to insure your jewelry for its full value. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance fees.

Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging materials.

 

After Receiving Your Return

 

  • Returns are processed on business days and are typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your return has been forwarded to our quality control department. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for this process to be completed.

 

If you are expecting a refund, the credit will be sent to your bank within three business days. Your bank may take up to 40 business days to process the funds into your account. Refunds via bank transfer usually take between seven and ten business days after processing the return. Please note that normal return processing times may be extended following a major holiday.

 

If you are awaiting a return shipment, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp.

 

Canceling or Changing an Order.

We will try to accommodate order changes to the best of our ability before shipment confirmation. Some changes may cause a delay in shipping. We cannot accept changes or cancellations on special orders and/or orders that have already been shipped. It is not possible to redirect packages to different addresses once they are in transit. If you wish to have your package held for pickup, please contact us.
