WARRANTIES

 

SANTA MONICA Joyería Artesanal is fully responsible for the products we sell. Therefore, all our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the receipt of the original order.

 

Warranty Conditions

1.-The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the items to SANTA MONICA Joyería Artesanal.

2.-The customer must ensure that the items are securely packaged before shipping them to Jeulia. Jeulia will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

3.-When returning the items, the customer must use a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking will not be processed.

4.-SANTA MONICA Joyería Artesanal reserves the right to void the warranty of any item that shows signs of tampering, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear and tear" as determined by our jewelry professionals.

 

Karats and Authenticity Warranty.

We adhere to NOM-033-SCFI-1994, ensuring that the pieces we manufacture comply with the specified karats and gemstones.

 

Total Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you don't like the piece you receive or it doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry, we will exchange it for a piece of equal or greater value than the original piece. Just remember to do it within the first 7 natural days from the date of receipt.

 

*Shipping costs for both ways will be absorbed by the customer.

 

Central Diamond Warranty.

A unique warranty offered by SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry®. If you purchase a piece with natural diamonds and under "Normal Use" conditions, the central diamond goes missing, we will grant you a 50% discount off the value of the gem, and we will cover the repair costs.

 

*Not applicable to side diamonds. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. *Shipping of the product to Our Operations Center and return will be covered by the customer. If the defect occurs within the first 30 natural days, shipping will be free. Terms and conditions apply.

 

Stones and Manufacturing Defects.

Manufacturing defects and damage or loss of stones under "Normal Use" conditions (excluding diamonds and/or precious gemstones) are covered by this warranty for 6 months.

 

*Shipping of the product to Our Operations Center and return will be covered by the customer. If the defect occurs within the first 30 natural days, shipping will be free. Terms and conditions apply.

 

Size Exchange.

We offer a FREE size exchange. We will also make sure to advise you on having the correct size; for this, we ask you to stay in close contact with your assigned Executive.

Secure Shipping.

To the doorstep of your home, we work with the most secure courier services in Mexico, and we cover all our sales with a $2,500.00 MXN insurance premium. Furthermore, for higher-value products, you have the option to insure it for the full amount.

 

*Costs vary depending on the insured amount. In case of any eventuality, SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry® will assist the customer in collecting the premiums, provided that it is greater than $2,500.00 MXN and has been contracted. SANTA MONICA Artisan Jewelry® will strive to replace the lost/stolen piece as quickly as possible.

Hypoallergenic Jewelry.

All our pieces are 100% solid. The 10K, 14K, and 18K alloys we use ensure that the wearer will be free from allergic reactions, given the nature of our main raw material, which is pure 24K Gold.

 

* Some products such as White Gold / Black Gold have a rhodium coating due to their nature, which is also a precious metal that meets this characteristic.
